What Happens After You Send It
Nothing automatic, and nobody sells at you. A person reads what you wrote and calls the number you gave us to set a time. If your address sits outside the towns we cover, or the job is really a countertop or a plumbing question wearing a cabinet costume, you will hear that on the call instead of after a wasted afternoon.
When the fit looks right, we book the free in-home visit. That is when the tape and the laser come out, when we look at how square the room really is, and when you say what bothers you about the space as it stands today. Bring photos you have saved, appliance model numbers, or a hard budget ceiling; all three shorten the conversation.
After the visit you get a written quote. It lists the cabinetry, the finish, the hardware, and the labor on their own lines, so you can hold it beside another shop's number and see exactly where the two differ.
